The supporters of The Nerd Herd booed when Skellerup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Belhøj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skellerup FC's Vagnar Roebel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Skellerup FC from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute, Alfred Kofoed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Vagnar Roebel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Banas. 18 minutes into the game, Bård Kjærvik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Nerd Herd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skellerup FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, The Nerd Herd's Bård Kjærvik got a free kick in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jann Sieg in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Bergo saved The Nerd Herd from getting behind. Marian Banas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Vagnar Roebel made a huge save. Vagnar Roebel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Banas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vagnar Roebel was a little too slow when Marian Banas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 35th match minute, The Nerd Herd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken Teige to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Harry Bergø sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars Bergo skillfully saved the ball. In the 37th minute, Marian Banas made a precise shot to the right of Vagnar Roebel. Skellerup FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Harald Lundsgaardvig hit a great ball. Vagnar Roebel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marian Banas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Josef Belhøj made a kick off. The Nerd Herd's Lars Bergo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save The Nerd Herd from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Kofoed in the 58th minute of play forced Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Vagnar Roebel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes in the game Harald Lundsgaardvig did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Harry Bergø. In the 72nd match minute, Skellerup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Lundsgaardvig to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd match minute, Skellerup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerhart Riising to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Bård Kjærvik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The The Nerd Herd fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 82 minutes into the game, The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vagnar Roebel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Marian Banas took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vagnar Roebel. Vagnar Roebel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 92 minutes into the game, The Nerd Herd's Alf-Inge Låstad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vagnar Roebel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Bård Kjærvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vagnar Roebel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Skellerup FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Nerd Herd.
