In the 30thth minute of the game Taito Tuulola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Måns Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aatto Hänninen in the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Skollholmen FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Arne Lund hit a great ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Aatto Hänninen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Despite this Ukko Niemi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Taito Tuulola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aatto Hänninen came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Manchester United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aatto Hänninen couldn't finish the play. Taito Tuulola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Måns Sigfridsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Scislowicz came free, but Ukko Niemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skollholmen FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
