In the 3rd minute, Walentin Venther hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Esbjerg fB's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Bertin came free, but Christopher Mailykke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Bertin in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Mailykke saved Esbjerg fB from getting behind. Max Rambov charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Max Rambov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26thth minute of the game Jeronimo Bertin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Bendito Sea El Fernet's corner Baldomiro Guerrero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christopher Mailykke quite easily take care of the ball. Federico Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walentin Venther in the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Kennet Schneidermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Mailykke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeronimo Bertin's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Bendito Sea El Fernet made a substitution. Enrique Bernat replaced Donato Emmanuel. The supporters of Bendito Sea El Fernet booed when Esbjerg fB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benth Fjordhøj didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Bendito Sea El Fernet were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christopher Mailykke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Mario Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Bertin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Christopher Mailykke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Bendito Sea El Fernet getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Mario Tipi hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, Esbjerg fB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kennet Schneidermann to maneuver through the defense. If Jeronimo Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Esbjerg fB from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Wilfredo Igon got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Esbjerg fB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bendito Sea El Fernet's performance. The match ended with a win for Bendito Sea El Fernet.
