Limoeiro-PE FC's Giga Hertz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Toledo in the 6th minute of play. Giga Hertz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 minutes, Basílio Nogueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Limoeiro-PE FC and the CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Limoeiro-PE FC's Irwin Pustak got a free kick in the 14th minute. Basílio Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's Karl-Henry Schweinsteiger shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Giga Hertz but with some difficulty. In the 18th minute Alan Butler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giga Hertz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walmyr Salles in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dariusz Jaroszewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Butler got free with Giga Hertz in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irwin Pustak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dariusz Jaroszewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Bejger in the 26th minute of play. CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's Dariusz Jaroszewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmyr Salles in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuri Toledo got free with Giga Hertz in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Basílio Nogueira hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Alan Butler came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Butler couldn't finish the play. Yuri Toledos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Giga Hertz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Limoeiro-PE FC booed when CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Budarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, Walmyr Salles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dariusz Jaroszewicz, 0-1. Dariusz Jaroszewicz made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Walmyr Salles sent off a good shot on target. Giga Hertz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Butler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, one of CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sidnei Velloso walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 71 played minutes Limoeiro-PE FC got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Esteves. Limoeiro-PE FC made a substitution. Kaba Kent replaced Walmyr Salles. Sérgio Esteves hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Karl-Henry Schweinsteiger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giga Hertz. Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Giga Hertz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Toledo in the 75th minute of play. Dariusz Jaroszewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limoeiro-PE FC. In the 87th minute, Marcel Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dariusz Jaroszewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lascăr de Backer in the 91st minute of the match. Dariusz Jaroszewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kaba Kent showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play. The CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Limoeiro-PE FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Limoeiro-PE FC.
