An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Tavares in the 13th minute of play forced KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goalkeeper Vanja Milenković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Dawidowicz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jonathan Calleri managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Miran FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Calleri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vanja Milenković breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dušan Tomčík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A booed when New Miran FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Natã Corrêa scored to the left of an out of position Vanja Milenković, making the score, 1-0. In the 30th match minute, New Miran FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Veiga to maneuver through the defense. After 34 played minutes New Miran FC got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Veiga. After a rather tough play, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Marco Paixão got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute Elías Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dušan Tomčík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slawomir Wojciechowski was the one to do the kick off. Ahmet Hayri Sancar kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Josué Negri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A and the New Miran FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. New Miran FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The New Miran FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
