Dan Rowell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes in the game Erling Finnman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jonny Clayton. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Galvão in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27thth minute of the game Michael Weniger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, West Staines Massive's Patrick Galvão got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Galvão in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Saldanha saved Squadra Demarchi from getting behind. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Galvão in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Loyola to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Benno Meves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Staines Massive fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudinho Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michael Weniger took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saldanha. Oscar Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Squadra Demarchi's goalkeeper Oscar Saldanha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kléber Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute of the match Helmuth Follmann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Saldanha skillfully saved the ball. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Galvão in the 62nd minute of play. Oscar Saldanha was a little too slow when Michael Weniger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-5. With a little luck, Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha got control of the ball when Patrick Galvão tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Patrick Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the West Staines Massive fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Galvão couldn't finish the play. Oscar Saldanha was a little too slow when Patrick Galvão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-7. Oscar Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Galvão's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The audience was convinced that Patrick Galvão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Saldanha was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80thth minute of the game Patrick Galvão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha got control of the ball when Patrick Galvão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michael Weniger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oscar Saldanha came out and tried to block the shot, but Michael Weniger slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 85th minute. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmuth Follmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Galvão in the 91st minute of play. When West Staines Massive's Patrick Galvão in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Squadra Demarchi's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute, Erling Finnman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. West Staines Massive made a substitution. Yuan Qi replaced Moses Bardhan. After 97 played minutes West Staines Massive got a freekick which was hit by Erling Finnman. When the match was over West Staines Massive could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Squadra Demarchi throughout the match.
