Gabriel Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Proca in the 2nd minute of play. A collision led to White Star Troopers getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sancho Andres hit a great ball. If Álvaro de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgílio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Matanza and Steelers's Gabriel Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Buda in the 13th minute of play. Gabriel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Lepper in the 17th minute of the match. Gabriel Paiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeusz Buda's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Matanza and Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Lepper came free, but Gabriel Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Proca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rdth minute of the game Jerzy Jastrowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matanza and Steelers's Gabriel Paiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matanza and Steelers's Gabriel Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Lepper in the 38th minute of play. Gabriel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Lepper in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Senad Or stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Paiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Jastrowicz in the 52nd minute. Gabriel Paiva came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by White Star Troopers's Adam Proca. But to his dismay, Adam Proca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Tadeusz Buda took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Gabriel Paiva to make any attempt to save it. Gabriel Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Buda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's goal looked a bit too open when Senad Or came free, but Zbigniew Laba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Buda in the 67th minute of the match. Teodoro Gonçalves hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Gabriel Paiva made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Iwo Lepper sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 72 minutes, Jerzy Jastrowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. White Star Troopers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Jastrowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adam Proca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Paiva having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Proca in the 76th minute of play forced Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper Gabriel Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Proca in the 79th minute of the match. Matanza and Steelers's Gabriel Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Matanza and Steelers from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Sancho Andres suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Indiana Jones's late challenge caught a White Star Troopers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Indiana Jones helped the player get up and apologised. White Star Troopers made a substitution. Leszek Pasterski replaced Sancho Andres. After 85 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Indiana Jones. With a little luck, Matanza and Steelers's Gabriel Paiva got control of the ball when Jerzy Jastrowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matanza and Steelers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Adam Proca scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Paiva, making the score, 0-4. White Star Troopers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
