The supporters of Billesholm booed when Machine Gun Kelly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sture Hellbom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Ramiro Gagriel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sture Hellbom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ramiro Gagriel came out and tried to block the shot, but Sture Hellbom slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. Ramiro Gagriel was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Sture Hellbom capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sture Hellbom really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With an all-out effort, Billesholm's Ramiro Gagriel threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christer Bredberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 27th minute Billesholm were awarded a corner. Marcus Grep went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Billesholm's Marcus Grep to fire away a dangerous shot which Ramiro Gagriel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ramiro Gagriel was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Sture Hellbom capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sture Hellbom really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Billesholm's Alfonso Arixo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Saverio Procopio, made in the 35th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the game, Saverio Procopio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Billesholm's Alfonso Arixo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, Machine Gun Kelly's Ramiro Gagriel got control of the ball when Sture Hellbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Sture Hellbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Gagriel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Fredric Hylander hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ramiro Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Bredberg in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christer Bredberg made a kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Ramiro Gagriel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sture Hellbom scored 6-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Gagriel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Alfonso Arixo fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Billesholm's protests and gave Alfonso Arixo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Alfonso Arixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Knut Danielsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramiro Gagriel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Knut Danielsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Billesholm's Christer Bredberg got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Danielsson in the 81st minute of play. Abdulkerim Bardakçı kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes Evaristo Gaufred shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Helge Nykvist when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Ramiro Gagriel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christer Bredberg went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. When Abdulkerim Bardakçı fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Billesholm's protests and gave Abdulkerim Bardakçı a yellow card for diving instead. 95 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Danielsson came free, but Ramiro Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Knut Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billesholm walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
