In the 13th minute, Boomerang Bombers's Alvar Smitt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alvar Smitt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Boomerang Bombers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alvar Smitt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Boomerang Bombers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Breguete FC:s goal. Angelo Gerber walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dennis Uter during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Célio Meira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Claes Sandström made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's Jens Forssberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Proença narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Thedin's late challenge caught a Breguete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Thedin helped the player get up and apologised. Axel Thedin kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Claes Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armandinho Sena's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Sena in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ted Asklöv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dennis Uter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Claudinei Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boomerang Bombers's Jens Forssberg got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Browall to strike the kick off in the second half. Claes Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Artur Pereira hit a great ball. If Anton Wennerström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claes Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sidnei Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Sidnei Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Sandström having to interfere. Claudinei Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Browall in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match Boomerang Bombers got a corner. Breguete FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuel Browall ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Emanuel Browall got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Claudinei Proença quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Claes Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sidnei Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match Breguete FC got a corner. Boomerang Bombers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelo Gerber ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Breguete FC's José Maria Alves getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 76th minute Sidnei Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Otto Falkrans fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boomerang Bombers's protests and gave Otto Falkrans a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Boomerang Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Uter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Browall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Claudinei Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
