Omar Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandinho Albuquerque in the 31st minute of the match. Omar Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Teixeira in the 37th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Eduardo Dantas to make the kick off. When Karaboudjan's Felippe Monteiro in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee ended the match the Karaboudjan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
