After a defensive mix-up in LA Lord Perez's zone, Anders Byström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Prisco came out of the goal and Anders Byström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amedeo Mascia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Bure having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Michael Ahlbeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Federico Prisco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th match minute, LA Lord Perez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Piccinini to maneuver through the defense. A hard and well directed shot from Andréas Åkerman led 21 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. LA Lord Perez's Federico Prisco became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-3. Amedeo Mascia hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Federico Prisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Tomasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute of the match North Pole Kickers got a corner. LA Lord Perez's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andréas Åkerman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Andréas Åkerman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LA Lord Perez's Federico Prisco did a great save. Alessio Morandin hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Tomasson in the 30th minute of play forced LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper Federico Prisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Michael Ahlbeck put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Federico Prisco. 38 minutes into the match, LA Lord Perez's goal looked a bit too open when Villiam Tholsson came free, but Federico Prisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Tomasson in the 40th minute of play forced LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper Federico Prisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdemar Tomasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Prisco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Valdemar Tomasson made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's Michael Ahlbeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Prisco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Anders Byström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Prisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Ahlbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when LA Lord Perez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Barone didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Michael Ahlbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Prisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Prisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Ahlbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Bruno Panza kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Valdemar Tomasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Prisco. LA Lord Perez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Tomasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.
