Kléberson Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cusco FC's goalkeeper Johan Schönberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Schönberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Baudelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angel Osoro during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cusco FC's Vitoria Cerrajero was substituted for Gabon Salantes. Angel Osoro hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Conrado Baudelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Schönberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cresitobalo Rilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Angel Osoro came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tequileros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Osoro couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 27 in the game by Cresitobalo Rilo from a close distance when the talented Ayhan Vuralhan managed to make a qualified save. Tequileros FC's players were relieved. When Conrado Baudelio came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Tequileros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Baudelio couldn't finish the play. If Edgard Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cresitobalo Rilo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ayhan Vuralhan made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Raitin came free, but Johan Schönberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Tequileros FC's Pedro Raitin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johan Schönberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Raitin came free, but Johan Schönberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Majoros kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Cusco FC's Sobah Rico got a free kick in the 51st minute. Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitoria Cerrajero in the 55th minute of play. Tequileros FC made a substitution. Edgard Lécuyer replaced Conrado Baudelio. 62 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goalkeeper Johan Schönberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Magdaleno. When Emanuele Morelli fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cusco FC's protests and gave Emanuele Morelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Cusco FC got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson Garcia. 66 minutes into the game, Edgard Lécuyer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Johan Schönberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tequileros FC made a substitution. Andres Frasco replaced Venancio Azeari. 70 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Lécuyer came free, but Johan Schönberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitoria Cerrajero's late challenge caught a Tequileros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vitoria Cerrajero helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tequileros FC booed when Cusco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitoria Cerrajero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Pedro Raitin could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Johan Schönberg however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Lécuyer in the 79th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Johan Schönberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Schönberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Raitin in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Cusco FC's Johan Schönberg got control of the ball when Pedro Raitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tequileros FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
