With his leg Uwe Kuhni managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 7 minutes, Adam Pingel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blau Weiß Sauerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Pingel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Willi Reutter came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uwe Kuhni had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Christian Burgo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Sylwester Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Renato Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Christian Burgo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Uwe Kuhni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kwyjibo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Blau Weiß Sauerland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
