That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. 37 minutes into the match, 1461 Trabzon's Mateusz Matusiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim Högman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute Mateusz Matusiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Joachim Högman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Matusiak in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's Hjalmar Pååk got a free kick in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateusz Matusiak in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joachim Högman saved Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС from getting behind. Mateusz Matusiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joachim Högman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateusz Matusiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Joachim Högman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Matusiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Macit Semi got free with Joachim Högman in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 played minutes, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's Gustav Kihlberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ender Tanacan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС reached it. In the 95th minute of the match Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС got a corner. 1461 Trabzon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustav Kihlberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's Gustav Kihlberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ender Tanacan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
