The GiaSiRo 08 fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when GiaSiRo 08's Pelayo Contratas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sebastian Winszman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Motyka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Winszman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Baggio in the 15th minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olexiy Stus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelayo Contratas in the 40th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robertinho Baggio to make the kick off. When the final whistle sounded GiaSiRo 08 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Juventus FC.
