A very nice done corner allowed Carter Suriani to score against Olexiy Stus in Juventus FC's goal. 1-0 after 4 minutes. Tycho Scolander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Olexiy Stus made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Motyka in the 11th minute of play forced Real Matrei FC's goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Baggio in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Jan Motyka. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robertinho Baggio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Zoff saved Real Matrei FC from getting behind. George Apetroaiei in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olexiy Stus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Gaspar Laredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Real Matrei FC's zone, Jan Motyka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Zoff came out of the goal and Jan Motyka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Jan Motyka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Zoff was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After 37th play minutes Gaspar Laredo shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Dino Zoff and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Juventus FC booed when Real Matrei FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Firme didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Real Matrei FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Raul Evis hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes, Juventus FC's Robertinho Baggio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dino Zoff came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juventus FC reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Apetroaiei to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Robertinho Baggio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dino Zoff. That made the score 1-2 in the 58 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Apetroaiei came free, but Olexiy Stus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Borys Zhuk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Zoff showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Olexiy Stus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Björkqvist in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Matrei FC's Tycho Scolander got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's Robertinho Baggio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Zoff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Gaspar Laredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juventus FC's Gaspar Laredo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Juventus FC's Robertinho Baggio got a free kick in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Apetroaiei in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olexiy Stus saved Juventus FC from getting behind. After 77 minutes Juventus FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sun Zheng Yang who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Sun Zheng Yang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Juventus FC's Olexiy Stus did a great save. In the 80th minute Anton Uudikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olexiy Stus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramon Firme's late challenge caught a Juventus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Firme helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Real Matrei FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juventus FC:s goal. Olexiy Stus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrik Björkqvist went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Juventus FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
