Pelayo Contratas took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Zoff. Dino Zoff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. George Apetroaiei struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Sebastian Winszman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Matrei FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pelayo Contratas in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Zoff saved Real Matrei FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Pelayo Contratas put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dino Zoff. Real Matrei FC's Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelayo Contratas in the 11th minute of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Pelayo Contratas sped through Real Matrei FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dino Zoff. The audience was convinced that Pelayo Contratas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Zoff was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelayo Contratas's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Real Matrei FC:s Dino Zoff showed great skill when he stopped Moise Bobeanu:s penalty. Real Matrei FC's Patrik Björkqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Real Matrei FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pelayo Contratas came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Zoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelayo Contratas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes Real Matrei FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elia Scarinci who took care of the corner kick. In the 38th minute Pelayo Contratas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Matrei FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elia Scarinci was slow to take the kick. During this time GiaSiRo 08's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pelayo Contratas in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Zoff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

GiaSiRo 08's Dennis Giusti was substituted for Gustavo Scarpa. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Apetroaiei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelayo Contratas's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. With an all-out effort, GiaSiRo 08's Dino Zoff threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pelayo Contratas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. GiaSiRo 08's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elia Scarinci in the 62nd minute. Pelayo Contratas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Dino Zoff skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leo Kling kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Dino Zoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelayo Contratas in the 68th minute. Sebastian Winszman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Apetroaiei in the 75th minute of play. Pelayo Contratas might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino Zoff. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pelayo Contratas ran back to his position shaking his head. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelayo Contratas in the 77th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Real Matrei FC got a freekick which was hit by Carter Suriani. After 80 played minutes Pelayo Contratas rounded Real Matrei FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Pelayo Contratas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Dino Zoff made a huge save. After some careless play in the Real Matrei FC defense, Pelayo Contratas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dino Zoff. The Real Matrei FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Zoff should have stopped the shot. Pelayo Contratas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moise Bobeanu in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Zoff saved Real Matrei FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, GiaSiRo 08's Turgut Şimşek got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Sun Zheng Yang sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and GiaSiRo 08's Sebastian Winszman didn't even have to move.
