The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Zjawin in the 7th minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Andy Cole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12 minutes into the match, Andy Cole notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andy Cole scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Otoniel Bonet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Otoniel Bonet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Cole's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Andy Cole took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Andy Cole's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otoniel Bonet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Andy Cole took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivo Calado got free with Egun Pais in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Alto Muro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Andy Cole notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Otoniel Bonet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Cole, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Andy Cole took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Otoniel Bonet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Cole in the 41st minute of play. Otoniel Bonet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Cole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Andy Cole had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Otoniel Bonet. Terapia Intensiva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Cole was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. The Terapia Intensiva players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Floresta Negra FC were winning 0-8.

With a little luck, Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet got control of the ball when Andy Cole tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terapia Intensiva's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lokon Pøhl was slow to take the kick. During this time Floresta Negra FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 57th minute, Andy Cole reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Otoniel Bonet. The goal made the score 0-9. 60 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otoniel Bonet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Andy Cole left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Alípio Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Otoniel Bonet. That made the score 0-11 after 73 minutes of play. Jardel Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Otoniel Bonet. That made the score 0-12 after 79 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Lewandowski in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otoniel Bonet saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. Otoniel Bonet was a little too slow when Jardel Lewandowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-13. 93 minutes in the game, Jardel Lewandowski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Otoniel Bonet having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Floresta Negra FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
