Teodoro Meireles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Meireles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Cole in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Andy Cole ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Meireles was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Floresta Negra FC booed when Bandeirinha AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 minutes, Andy Cole made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bandeirinha AD's Teodoro Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Renatinho Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Cole's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. If Andy Cole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Bandeirinha AD's goalkeeper Teodoro Meireles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andy Cole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Cole in the 27th minute of play forced Bandeirinha AD's goalkeeper Teodoro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Meireles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Francisco Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodoro Meireles. Teodoro Meireles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Lokon Pøhl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Negra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lokon Pøhl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Meireles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Andy Cole dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodoro Meireles, 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Andy Cole made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Meireles. Bandeirinha AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Jerzy Zjawin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Meireles having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Jardel Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski suffered a sore thigh after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gláuber Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bandeirinha AD's protests and gave Gláuber Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Filcho Dzhagarov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Teodoro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filcho Dzhagarov in the 76th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Bandeirinha AD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Floresta Negra FC:s goal. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Floresta Negra FC. Jerzy Zjawin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teodoro Meireles. 11-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filcho Dzhagarov in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filcho Dzhagarov took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Meireles. Teodoro Meireles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Teodoro Meireles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filcho Dzhagarov went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. When Floresta Negra FC's Filcho Dzhagarov in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bandeirinha AD's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Filcho Dzhagarov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandeirinha AD's Teodoro Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filcho Dzhagarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Meireles having to interfere. Bandeirinha AD's Teodoro Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filcho Dzhagarov in the 99th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Floresta Negra FC fully deserved thier win.
