The audience thought a goal was coming when Argi Villar got free with Martin Leheren in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Talleres de Escalada were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Argider stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Someliéri's Edvin van der Saar got control of the ball when Rigoberto Argider tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giotis Michailidis in the 56th managed to get into a good position. Martin Leheren was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Talleres de Escalada had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
