With a little luck, Victoria Mlawa's Kryspin Dembkowski got control of the ball when Jonathan Sammut tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Sammut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kryspin Dembkowski having to make a save. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 18th minute of play. André Courtois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrew Carrillos went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Templars FC's Jonathan Sammut dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. André Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Van Mechelen in the 29th minute of play. Kryspin Dembkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Sammut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kryspin Dembkowski made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Adelino Marques sent off a good shot on target. If Jonathan Sammut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Jonathan Sammut fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Templars FC's protests and gave Jonathan Sammut a yellow card for diving instead. Olaf Redisz fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 46th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Sammut to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Jonathan Sammut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kryspin Dembkowski. Victoria Mlawa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Sammut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 59 played minutes Victoria Mlawa got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Vianna. Victoria Mlawa's Kryspin Dembkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sammut in the 60th minute of play. Kryspin Dembkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Sammut went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walter Van Mechelen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Courtois read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. André Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Carrillos, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A hard shot 69 in the game by Walter Van Mechelen from a close distance when the talented André Courtois managed to make a qualified save. Templars FC's players were relieved. Olaf Redisz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Templars FC's Márk Kovács was substituted for Jonathan Sammut. Templars FC's Martin Manicolo was substituted for Benedict Cumberbatch. After 71 played minutes Victoria Mlawa got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Redisz. Kryspin Dembkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márk Kovács in the 72nd minute of the match. Kazimierz Golota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but André Courtois made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márk Kovács in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kryspin Dembkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kryspin Dembkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márk Kovács, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Victoria Mlawa's Jurand Lenertej was substituted for Andrew Carrillos. In the 86th minute Templars FC were awarded a corner. Adelino Marques went to the cornerflag to take it. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adelino Marques in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goal looked a bit too open when Márk Kovács came free, but Kryspin Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Templars FC got a corner. Victoria Mlawa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adelino Marques ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Templars FC's corner Martin Manicolo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kryspin Dembkowski quite easily take care of the ball. Victoria Mlawa's Kryspin Dembkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Marques in the 94th minute of play. The Templars FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
