The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evelio Oton during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Konrāds Rabkins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonatan Constancio charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Constancio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Vinará FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SV Wissenkerke:s goal. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for SV Wissenkerke. Mariano Bombarda stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Konrāds Rabkins. 2-0. Armindo Belém scored 2-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frits van Loo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oscar Hilbrands kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Vinará FC booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Hilbrands didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Efrain Kismi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frits van Loo skillfully saved the ball. SV Wissenkerke were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Vinará FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Bombarda took the corner. The corner ended in Mariano Bombarda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vinará FC's Konrāds Rabkins did a great save. Konrāds Rabkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Paul Schuiling in the 31st minute of the match. Gerjan Staarman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SV Wissenkerke's Frits van Loo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Belém in the 43rd minute of play. Gerjan Staarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrāds Rabkins having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean-Paul Schuiling made a kick off. Sylwester Fikus hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. SV Wissenkerke's Mariano Bombarda couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vinará FC. Konrāds Rabkins came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Wissenkerke's Gertjan Baars. But to his dismay, Gertjan Baars quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Boleslaw Golob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frits van Loo having to interfere. Gertjan Baars took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrāds Rabkins. Konrāds Rabkins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Frits van Loo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armindo Belém went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Frits van Loo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Belém in the 82nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Armindo Belém took a quick shot and it went in 5-3 without a chance for Frits van Loo to make any attempt to save it. If Gertjan Baars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
