Carlos Fernando Schmidt went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcelo Quexada made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Maciej Marchlewicz sent off a good shot on target. Maciej Marchlewicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Marcelo Quexada skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Maciej Marchlewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Zumbi's supporters rose to their feet, but Maciej Marchlewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Quexada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute Maciej Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Quexada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Quexada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Marchlewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After 67 played minutes EBK got a freekick which was hit by Albino Mirande. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciej Marchlewicz in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Quexada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Albino Mirande in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vila Zumbi's Carlos Fernando Schmidt. The audience was convinced that Maciej Marchlewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Quexada was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusko Zubicoeta got free with Antoni Beninda in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Maciej Marchlewicz made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Quexada. EBK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 83rd minute, Maciej Marchlewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of EBK booed when Vila Zumbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdi Kadıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusko Zubicoeta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antoni Beninda came out and tried to block the shot, but Eusko Zubicoeta slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Marchlewicz in the 91st minute of play forced EBK's goalkeeper Marcelo Quexada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Albino Mirande threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vila Zumbi's Gildo Seco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Marcelo Quexada came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz. But to his dismay, Maciej Marchlewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The Vila Zumbi players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
