BES MUDI BANDITS's Barth Alchin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Khai Amin in the 6 minute of the game. With a little luck, BES MUDI BANDITS's Einar Heiberg got control of the ball when Jerry Soon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Mark Koh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Einar Heiberg, 1-0. Bryan Hui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Allan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Soon got free with Einar Heiberg in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, BES MUDI BANDITS's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Soon came free, but Einar Heiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BES MUDI BANDITS's Einar Heiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wong Butcher in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes BES MUDI BANDITS got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Allan. Mark Koh's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Einar Heiberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asiz Rajah got free with Einar Heiberg in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Einar Heiberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bineesh Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Einar Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Soon in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by BES MUDI BANDITS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asiz Rajah was slow to take the kick. During this time Oakham's players had a chance to rest. In the 25th minute, Muhammad Singh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stewart Watson in the 48th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nichol Clark made a kick off. Einar Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asiz Rajah in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute Asiz Rajah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stewart Watson struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Bryan Hui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BES MUDI BANDITS. 55 minutes into the game, Oakham's Jerry Soon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Einar Heiberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Bryan Hui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichol Clark in the 65th minute. Einar Heiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, BES MUDI BANDITS's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Koh came free, but Einar Heiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Einar Heiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wong Butcher in the 77th minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Einar Heiberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jerry Soon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Einar Heiberg was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Soon in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Heiberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jerry Soon came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Oakham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerry Soon couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Jerry Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oakham were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after BES MUDI BANDITS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asiz Rajah took the corner. The corner led to Oakham's Gara Hock getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 91st minute Wong Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Einar Heiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Soon, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Oakham's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
