With a left leg Simamane Cassim saved Iskra Łódź from getting behind. In the 12th minute Jan Sierocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simamane Cassim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Dembkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jan Sierocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Iskra Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Rami came free, but Simamane Cassim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Jan Sierocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simamane Cassim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Dembkowski came free, but Jimeno Nevada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Jan Sierocki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iskra Łódź's Simamane Cassim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Magallanes's Gavino Rami nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simamane Cassim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denizhan Hakyemez got free with Jimeno Nevada in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Iskra Łódź players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Magallanes were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gavino Rami made a kick off. Gavino Rami might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simamane Cassim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Rami ran back to his position shaking his head. Gavino Rami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Simamane Cassim made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Evstati Chomakov made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Nevada. Club Atlético Magallanes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 60 played minutes Iskra Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Wit Cempa. A hard shot by Ruperto Salvadore from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Simamane Cassim's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ruperto Salvadore hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ruperto Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Simamane Cassim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taci Argün, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Koprowski came free, but Jimeno Nevada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Club Atlético Magallanes's Taci Argün in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iskra Łódź's goalie prevented a goal. Taci Argün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Iskra Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Taci Argün came free, but Simamane Cassim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taci Argün received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simamane Cassim came out and tried to block the shot, but Taci Argün slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute Emil Koprowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janusz Winszman's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Magallanes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janusz Winszman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atlético Magallanes booed when Iskra Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Winszman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taci Argün in the 83rd minute of play forced Iskra Łódź's goalkeeper Simamane Cassim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Taci Argün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simamane Cassim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Emil Koprowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wit Cempa charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wit Cempa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Iskra Łódź! When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Club Atlético Magallanes's Gavino Rami got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Simamane Cassim. In the 93rd match minute, Iskra Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Lepucki to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes of play, Iskra Łódź's Emil Koprowski made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Nevada was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Simamane Cassim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Club Atlético Magallanes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
