Thanks to some nice moves Kristofers Cveigorēns could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Onur-Recep Kıvrak however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Dé Vander hit a great ball. Benedykt Lanczak took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antônio Borges. Antônio Borges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Alessio Romagnoli in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Sousa. In the 28th minute Jacinto de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Benedykt Lanczak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antônio Borges narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benedykt Lanczak struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Antônio Borges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ. If Benedykt Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alessio Romagnoli hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Alessio Romagnoli hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Onur-Recep Kıvrak. That made the score 1-1 after 46 minutes of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedykt Lanczak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Benedykt Lanczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antônio Borges didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. PIRATAS TFP were furious when Gilberto Simão was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Deng Jie Wei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deng Jie Wei in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Romagnoli. Eche Centrih charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eche Centrih the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes PIRATAS TFP got a freekick which was hit by Eche Centrih. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
