With his leg Emerson Paraíba managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Rayland FC's Teodoro Hernandez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rayland FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Jumeuc Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eloi Bermudo took the corner. Eloi Bermudo made a great header on Rayland FC's corner, it was just that Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba managed to reach the ball for a save. Kiko Leite made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Francisco da Cunha. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Rayland FC's Frank Taglieri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arí Vidal, made in the 61st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Frank Taglieri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rayland FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Taglieri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emerson Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Hernandez came free, but Emerson Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Taglieri came free, but Emerson Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
