In the 3rd minute of the match, Anselmo Fantini got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emerson Paraíba was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luiz Eduardo Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sydney Ramalho in the 15th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Emerson Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Sydney Ramalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aesir FC FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Anselmo Fantini came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emerson Paraíba could save by the left post. Luiz Eduardo Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Fantini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emerson Paraíba came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Fantini slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sydney Ramalho in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Paraíba saved Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting behind. Anselmo Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Paraíba having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Francisco da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Kiko Leite got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adelino Saldanha to strike the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Arí Vidal hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Fantini in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Paraíba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sydney Ramalho scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Paraíba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Sydney Ramalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emerson Paraíba was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 68 in the game by Francisco da Cunha from a close distance when the talented Luiz Eduardo Galvão managed to make a qualified save. Aesir FC FSCMZ's players were relieved. Emerson Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Ramalho in the 69th minute of play. If Sydney Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Ramalho scored 4-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Paraíba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sydney Ramalho struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Emerson Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aesir FC FSCMZ. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
