Piotr Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Coutinho in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, FC NagelBitarna's goalkeeper Piotr Giejda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Coutinho. Sina Puro might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emerson Leão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sina Puro ran back to his position shaking his head. São Paulo Leste F.C.'s Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sina Puro in the 14th minute of play. FC NagelBitarna's Piotr Giejda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save FC NagelBitarna from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the game, David Coutinho lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Piotr Giejda. 29 minutes into the match, São Paulo Leste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sina Puro came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Giejda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Kun Mo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Sina Puro managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC NagelBitarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Sina Puro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emerson Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Piotr Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Gråberg in the 37th minute of play. Ernani de Senna hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Sina Puro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emerson Leão was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 46 minutes into the game, FC NagelBitarna's Sina Puro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emerson Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FC NagelBitarna's Piotr Giejda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leendert Looze in the 81st minute of play. Ernani de Senna made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC NagelBitarna's Oskar Lund. Sina Puro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Leão having to interfere. In the 96thth minute of the game Sina Puro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São Paulo Leste F.C.'s Emerson Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The São Paulo Leste F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC NagelBitarna's performance. The match ended with a win for FC NagelBitarna.
