Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's attentive Wincent Kanczuszewski managed to snatch the ball when Keanu Reeves made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Mümtaz Teren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Adrio Sobrido was substituted for Serkan Yıldırım.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mümtaz Teren made a kick off. Evelio Milian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Castulo in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Jakubiak came free, but Tristan Franquis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mümtaz Teren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristan Franquis was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Rafal Jakubiak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evelio Milian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Rainerio in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute Firme Verga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Franquis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Naike ran over to the corner to take the kick. Chelsea Football Club's Evelio Milian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Rainerio in the 86th minute of play. Firme Verga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evelio Milian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasios Machlas in the 89th minute of play. Tristan Franquis was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot.
