Honung's 孔桦珂 got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FC Ruh Lviv getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Illja Klochko hit a great ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute of the match Honung got a corner. FC Ruh Lviv's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Myroslav Akymenko to make the kick off. 孔桦珂 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Barovero having to make a save. The referee gave Honung a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Angel Lehoi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Ruh Lviv's Marcelo Barovero. 4-0. Honung were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after FC Ruh Lviv's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Brogren took the corner. Angel Lehoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Barovero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angel Lehoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Lertora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Simon Lertora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Barovero was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Lertora in the 99th minute of play. Honung were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
