Jonathan Secco's late challenge caught a INCONA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Secco helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Qijua F.C's Jonathan Secco got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Bernardo Rosalio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Valladares. Qijua F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Rosalio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13th minute Bernardo Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Qijua F.C defense, Bernardo Rosalio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Douglas Valladares. The Qijua F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Douglas Valladares should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, INCONA FC's Matias Furtado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Valladares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A collision led to INCONA FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ziemowit Jucha hit a great ball. Douglas Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekhi Estopinal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes, Jacinto Ortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qijua F.C and the INCONA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Qijua F.C's Jacinto Ortiz got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes of play, INCONA FC's Bernardo Rosalio made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Valladares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute Luís Paulo Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Venceslas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Luís Paulo Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Rumaldo was the one to do the kick off. The INCONA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by 袁博阳 in the 70th minute of play forced Qijua F.C's goalkeeper Douglas Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Douglas Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Jucha in the 96th minute of the match. INCONA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
