Walmir Pirani was slow to take the kick. During this time Cercadinho's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Walmir Pirani almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Galileia FC's Álvaro Gerber did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cercadinho had won after a very even match.
