Fırat Aytekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daryl Lutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Johannes Kruuse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anfilogino Tolin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to S.C. Corinthians Paulista getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Edgard de Lima hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Doll in the 44th minute of play forced S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Fırat Aytekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to S.C. Corinthians Paulista getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Mehdi Brasselet hit a great ball. Xande Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo was substituted for Stacy Doll. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Kruuse made a kick off. In the 64th minute, Evaristo Cordareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. Sebastián Erasto replaced Daryl Lutz. Basilio Mendiko hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Rafinha Orange was substituted for Edgard de Lima. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Evandro Trancoso was substituted for Johannes Kruuse. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Trancoso in the 71st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Huang Lin Fan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fırat Aytekin. That made the score 1-2 after 76 minutes of play. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Fırat Aytekin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save S.C. Corinthians Paulista from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute, Zuberoa Ezquerra made a precise shot to the right of Anfilogino Tolin. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 83 minutes into the game, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Evandro Trancoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anfilogino Tolin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. S.C. In the 93rd minute of the match, Evaristo Cordareo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fırat Aytekin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastián Erasto in the 94th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalie and right to Huang Lin Fan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Cordareo in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fırat Aytekin saved S.C. Corinthians Paulista from getting behind. The S.C. Corinthians Paulista players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
