Ivan Cedro came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo. But to his dismay, Evaristo Cordareo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Ivan Cedro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Erasto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Manuel Markel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Ivan Cedro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the El fortinero defense, Evaristo Cordareo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Cedro. The El fortinero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Cedro should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Evaristo Cordareo made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Cedro. El fortinero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 45th minute Evaristo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Cedro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El fortinero's Ivan Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Erasto in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Micael to strike the kick off in the second half. Huang Lin Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Cedro. Ivan Cedro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. The audience was convinced that Marcos Loi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Cedro was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Sol in the 75th minute of play. Eliseo Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Cedro made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Lázaro Ledesma sent off a good shot on target. Ivan Cedro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 85th minute, which inside left pole to 0-11. Marcos Loi in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivan Cedro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 94 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Marcos Loi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Cedro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Loi in the 96th minute of play forced El fortinero's goalkeeper Ivan Cedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 played minutes El fortinero got a freekick which was hit by Saul Kimetz.
