Adam Biörnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Velloso in the 19th minute of the match. Valdir Velloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Biörnberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 59th minute of the match, Murilo Maranhense tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adam Biörnberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Here Comes the Hammer's zone, Adam Hajduk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal and Adam Hajduk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Axel Bollström, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Carlinhos Félix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Biörnberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Carlinhos Félix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Biörnberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Adam Biörnberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlinhos Félix went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Here Comes the Hammer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
