Zdzislaw Domarecki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leif Törnqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 10th minute, Niilo Mikkola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SeleSantos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Jurand Jaraczeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Pinheiro having to interfere. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Jaraczeski in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Onyx's zone, Leif Törnqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Domarecki came out of the goal and Leif Törnqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinei Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurand Jaraczeski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 31st minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SeleSantos FC's Niilo Mikkola in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Onyx's goalie prevented a goal. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Jaraczeski in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niilo Mikkola to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, SeleSantos FC's Daniel Montenegro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SeleSantos FC reached it. Jurand Jaraczeski let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 54th minute shot 2-1 at rihgt post. 58 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jurand Jaraczeski. Jurand Jaraczeski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinei Pinheiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobo Casado in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Domarecki saved Onyx from getting behind. Zdzislaw Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Casado in the 72nd minute of the match. Onyx were furious when Jurand Petka was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Onyx fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! 77 minutes into the match, Niilo Mikkola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Onyx's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niilo Mikkola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Leif Törnqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niilo Mikkola in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zdzislaw Domarecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Niilo Mikkola put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki. In the 93rd minute Piotr Zahemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Aílton Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes, Onyx's Emrys Hannah shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Onyx reached it. SeleSantos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Onyx for a fine match.
