Franz Midgley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cláudio-André Taffarel came out and tried to block the shot, but Franz Midgley slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Dewa Gol took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luke Bush. Luke Bush dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dewa Gol in the 20th minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bograngen's Dewa Gol managed to work through T H F C's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Dewa Gol dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Franz Midgley managed to get in a good position for a shot. T H F C's supporters rose to their feet, but Franz Midgley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio-André Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to T H F C getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. John-Paul Lumbergs hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Dewa Gol notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of T H F C's Luke Bush. Luke Bush was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz Midgley in the 28th minute of play forced Bograngen's goalkeeper Cláudio-André Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Beckwith in the 31st minute of play forced Bograngen's goalkeeper Cláudio-André Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Sergiu Cheptene ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luke Bush was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. T H F C's Luke Bush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dewa Gol in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by T H F C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dewa Gol was slow to take the kick. During this time Bograngen's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Bograngen's corner Dewa Gol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luke Bush quite easily take care of the ball. Bograngen's Sergiu Cheptene got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Dewa Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goalkeeper Cláudio-André Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matt Friend. The supporters of Bograngen booed when T H F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. John-Paul Lumbergs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cláudio-André Taffarel was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Ronan Sugden capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ronan Sugden really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dewa Gol made a kick off. In the 59th minute Franz Midgley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cláudio-André Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Midgley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luke Bush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dewa Gol's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute Franz Midgley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Donny Beckwith cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Cláudio-André Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute Sven-Olof Eklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Bush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franz Midgley in the 75th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Dewa Gol took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Luke Bush to make any attempt to save it. T H F C made a substitution. Shawn Coulson replaced Matt Friend. Luke Bush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dewa Gol in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in T H F C's zone, Dewa Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Bush came out of the goal and Dewa Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute Samuel Shakespeare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dewa Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bograngen's attentive Gabriel Cordero managed to snatch the ball when John-Paul Lumbergs made a throw-in in the 97th minute of the game. Luke Bush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dewa Gol in the 99th minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Bograngen were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant T H F C side.
