After some careless play in the ÇALIMLI defense, Shi Li kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birkan Yağın. The ÇALIMLI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birkan Yağın should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Shi Li cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Birkan Yağın was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes into the game, Carlos Augusto Torres threw the ball into play from the sideline. Galati Harbour Cats's Dan Petrescu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 13thth minute of the game Shi Li who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÇALIMLI's Birkan Yağın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the ÇALIMLI defense, Shi Li kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birkan Yağın. The ÇALIMLI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birkan Yağın should have stopped the shot. ÇALIMLI's attentive Zülfü Dicle managed to snatch the ball when Iordache Negrițoiu made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, ÇALIMLI's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Birkan Yağın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Shi Li put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Birkan Yağın. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 33rd minute of play forced ÇALIMLI's goalkeeper Birkan Yağın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birkan Yağın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Li, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Shi Li recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birkan Yağın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shi Li's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Birkan Yağın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Li in the 44th minute of the match. Vecdet Sarıcabay kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 46th minute of play forced ÇALIMLI's goalkeeper Birkan Yağın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

Birkan Yağın didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shi Li went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes of play, Galati Harbour Cats's Onurhan Çinuçin made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birkan Yağın was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the match, Shi Li notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of ÇALIMLI's Birkan Yağın. Birkan Yağın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shi Li took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birkan Yağın. Birkan Yağın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. After 78 minutes, Shi Li made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. ÇALIMLI's Birkan Yağın tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Shi Li had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shi Li didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-14 via right post in the game's 83rd minute. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The audience thought a goal was coming when Shi Li got free with Birkan Yağın in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dan Petrescu made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ÇALIMLI's Carlos Augusto Torres. The throw-in from Carlos Augusto Torres in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Galati Harbour Cats's Dan Petrescu. Birkan Yağın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Li, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Galati Harbour Cats left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ÇALIMLI.
