Hubert Valler struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Hendrik Herremans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Med Gang FC. The supporters of Med Gang FC booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luke Demarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hendrik Herremans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hubert Valler's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Henrik Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Hendrik Herremans made a huge save. Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Valler in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Hubert Valler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hendrik Herremans. Limburg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert Valler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Hendrik Herremans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hubert Valler's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Liam de Almeida was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Med Gang FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Hubert Valler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans got control of the ball when Huang Jian Peng tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Limburg United's goalkeeper Hendrik Herremans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bob Thielens got free with Nils-Erik Jonsson in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Limburg United's Bob Thielens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Med Gang FC's Cornel Todericiu was substituted for İskender Baki Öksüzoğlu. 65 minutes into the match, Hubert Valler notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans. Hendrik Herremans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Limburg United defense, Hubert Valler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hendrik Herremans. The Limburg United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hendrik Herremans should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Hubert Valler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Hendrik Herremans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nils-Erik Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Thielens in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Hubert Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Herremans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jason Jonckers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Nils-Erik Jonsson made a huge save. After having played for 80 minutes, Hubert Valler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Med Gang FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hubert Valler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Med Gang FC made a substitution. Exequiel Zeballos replaced Hubert Valler. In the 83rd minute, Mickael den Pelsmaeker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Liang came free, but Hendrik Herremans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hendrik Herremans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Exequiel Zeballos in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Oji Sialagan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Med Gang FC's Ákos Auer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 95 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Exequiel Zeballos came free, but Hendrik Herremans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Med Gang FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Limburg United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
