The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Reino Stroom hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Jonathan Burman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehis Johannson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, FC Rebel's Silver Nurk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Felin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute, Jaime Estebano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mehis Johannson, passed just outside the right post. Fabian Felin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Alles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronald Kukk kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Gunnar Alles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Felin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Reino Stroom in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Skyborn FC's Allan Vassenius. Skyborn FC's Fabian Felin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vello Kimmel in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of FC Rebel booed when Skyborn FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Vassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Felin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silver Nurk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Silver Nurk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jonathan Burman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehis Johannson having to make a save. Mehis Johannson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Burman, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Jonathan Burman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Rebel's Mehis Johannson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Burman in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Rebel's goalkeeper Mehis Johannson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Silver Nurk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Jonathan Burman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skyborn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Burman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 77 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Kukk. Skyborn FC's Gösta Söderberg was substituted for Bertil Jansson. After 79 played minutes FC Rebel got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Kukk. Mehis Johannson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Burman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Jonathan Burman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehis Johannson having to make a save. Mehis Johannson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Burman scored 3-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mehis Johannson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Burman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute Jonathan Burman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehis Johannson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Burman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehis Johannson having to make a save. Mehis Johannson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Burman in the 93rd minute of play. After 93 minutes, Jonathan Burman made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Rebel's Mehis Johannson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Rebel players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Skyborn FC.
