A sloppy throw-in by Best Ibland in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Error 404's Desiderio Amaya. In the 4thth minute of the game Pablo Escobar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC LeX Luthor's Maurício Bomba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Escobar in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Bomba saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. The supporters of Error 404 booed when AC LeX Luthor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Axel Kielstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Manny stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peep Pronk's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Peep Pronk might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Manny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peep Pronk ran back to his position shaking his head. Jaime Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peep Pronk, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Peep Pronk took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jaime Manny to make any attempt to save it. Maurício Bomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Escobar in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Bomba saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. AC LeX Luthor's Maurício Bomba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Escobar in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to AC LeX Luthor getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Romeo Sanduru hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Desiderio Amaya hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. AC LeX Luthor's Alvaro Errando was substituted for Peep Pronk. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Zeledon Savion replaced Pancho Branca. After a rather tough play, Error 404's Desiderio Amaya got a free kick in the 65th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Error 404's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Savion came free, but Jaime Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Errando in the 76th minute of play forced Error 404's goalkeeper Jaime Manny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Bomba came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Error 404's Pablo Escobar. But to his dismay, Pablo Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Error 404's Ariel Ponce was substituted for Amador Lopez de Toro. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Jaime Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute Zeledon Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC LeX Luthor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
