Peep Pronk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Tucknott read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. AC LeX Luthor were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after General Velásquez's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Lucas took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Silvestre Semeno heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Henry Tucknott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peep Pronk in the 6th minute of the match. If Peep Pronk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henry Tucknott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peep Pronk, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. General Velásquez's Henry Tucknott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peep Pronk in the 13th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's goal looked a bit too open when Peep Pronk came free, but Henry Tucknott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peep Pronk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes in the game Teofan Bozadzhiyski did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Clemente Tuñon. In the 24th minute, Renato Goycolea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, General Velásquez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Švácha to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the AC LeX Luthor defense, Guntademaro Goyenechea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Eyague. The AC LeX Luthor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Eyague should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Peep Pronk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC LeX Luthor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guntademaro Goyenechea to strike the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Tuñon in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Teofan Bozadzhiyski charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofan Bozadzhiyski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when General Velásquez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofan Bozadzhiyski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th match minute, General Velásquez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofan Bozadzhiyski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Isidro Oliviero managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC LeX Luthor's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Oliviero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Tucknott breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Adam Hubina made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. General Velásquez's Henry Tucknott tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute Renato Goycolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Hubina in the 75th minute of play forced General Velásquez's goalkeeper Henry Tucknott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Tuñon in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's goalkeeper Henry Tucknott had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Oliviero. Otto Tenno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Henry Tucknott made a huge save. In the 88th minute Adam Hubina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Tucknott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Hubina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Tucknott having to interfere. Fulgencio Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 91st minute of the match. Henry Tucknott made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Oliviero in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Adam Hubina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Tucknott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
