After a rather tough play, Stockholm Generals's Brian Bryngelsson got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Richard Pilgren fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockholm Generals's protests and gave Richard Pilgren a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Stockholm Generals got a freekick which was hit by Richard Pilgren. With his leg Torsten Björnsson managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when KIRICOCHO FC's Facundo Torres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 25th minute KIRICOCHO FC were awarded a corner. Lázaro Galsino went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Stockholm Generals's goalie and right to Konstantin Bondov. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Stockholm Generals's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Lázaro Galsino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stockholm Generals's Torsten Björnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Milan Pavlovský made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Errando. KIRICOCHO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Alexis Sánchez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Errando having to make a save. Torsten Björnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Galsino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Stockholm Generals defense, Lázaro Galsino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Björnsson. The Stockholm Generals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Björnsson should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Torres got free with Torsten Björnsson in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Facundo Torres was the one to do the kick off. Facundo Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torsten Björnsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Facundo Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. Torsten Björnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Torres in the 50th minute of play. Stockholm Generals's Torsten Björnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Galsino in the 52nd minute of play. KIRICOCHO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Galsino in the 53rd minute. The corner ended in Facundo Torres almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stockholm Generals's Torsten Björnsson did a great save. Torsten Björnsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Facundo Torres's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Stockholm Generals's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Galsino came free, but Torsten Björnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Facundo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milan Pavlovský in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Errando saved KIRICOCHO FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Torres in the 66th minute of play forced Stockholm Generals's goalkeeper Torsten Björnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stockholm Generals's Torsten Björnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Torres in the 70th minute of play. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Facundo Torres sped through Stockholm Generals's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Torsten Björnsson. When KIRICOCHO FC's Facundo Torres in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 94 minutes into the match, Stockholm Generals's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Torres came free, but Torsten Björnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Valström was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stockholm Generals players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KIRICOCHO FC.
