Søren Malman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, Van 赵云 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Søren Malman, 4-0. The supporters of Victory F.C. booed when ≮Empire≯Are You OK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eli Stoddard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurd Thiemer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 洪铮建 having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Van 赵云 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claus Skoubo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Van 赵云 in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Søren Malman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 洪铮建 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurd Thiemer in the 65th minute. Victory F.C.'s Asmind Wrensted was substituted for Wes Benbow.
