In the 11th minute, Roque Oliveiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passa o Tanque MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 15th match minute, EL PEPO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Rey to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Oliveiro in the 16th minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Aloísio Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Passa o Tanque MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Boniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jano Freire fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Passa o Tanque MZ's protests and gave Jano Freire a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Passa o Tanque MZ! The goalkeeper, Diamantino Magalhães, was totally fooled by EL PEPO FC's Gaspar Fernendo, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 29 minutes into the game, Passa o Tanque MZ's Guilherme Rauh nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ezequiel Boniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Guilherme Rauh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Boniel having to interfere. In the 40th minute Roque Oliveiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Passa o Tanque MZ's Jano Freire seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jano Freire the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Passa o Tanque MZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jano Freire had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute, Jano Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Ovidio Argider could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Diamantino Magalhães however easily saved by the left post. Ronaldinho Teixeira scored 1-5 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Boniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elvio Rainerio was the one to do the kick off. Ronaldinho Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Passa o Tanque MZ's Ronaldinho Teixeira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ezequiel Boniel. Ezequiel Boniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. 59 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Ezequiel Boniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 62 played minutes Guilherme Rauh rounded EL PEPO FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-8. Guilherme Rauh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Guilherme Rauh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Boniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-10. When Passa o Tanque MZ's Guilherme Rauh in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EL PEPO FC's goalie prevented a goal. Guilherme Rauh might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Boniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guilherme Rauh ran back to his position shaking his head. Passa o Tanque MZ's Guilherme Rauh got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Magalhães having to interfere.
