EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Maxim Tadici 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, Berkan Temel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ezequiel Boniel, 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Rainerio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Coman in the 51st minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Boniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Schiau, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Boniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 played minutes Elvio Rainerio shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for New York Red Bulls's Eduardo Pereyra to catch but Elvio Rainerio was lucky. It became 4-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After a rather tough play, New York Red Bulls's Basarab Panduru got a free kick in the 96th minute.
