With a little luck, Iron Maiden FC's Adalberto Nueva got control of the ball when Cornelio Guerrero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicko McBrain kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Adalberto Nueva was a little too slow when Alberto Tonete got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Talip in the 23rd minute of the match. Newpi Academy were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Iron Maiden FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Perrando took the corner. When Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Talip in the 38th minute of the match. Adalberto Nueva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tonete's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Adalberto Nueva made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Alberto Tonete sent off a good shot on target. If Alberto Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 57 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Ermengol. Richard Textex made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Dave Murray sent off a good shot on target. After 59 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Ion Hidiș. Eulalio Otsando's late challenge caught a Iron Maiden FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eulalio Otsando helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Otsando. Iron Maiden FC's García Garate was substituted for Steve Harris. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arın Biçim, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Iron Maiden FC got a corner. Newpi Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. García Garate ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iron Maiden FC's Arın Biçim was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Richard Textex in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Alberto Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Newpi Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tonete couldn't finish the play. Adalberto Nueva came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete. But to his dismay, Alberto Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Richard Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Murray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Murray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Richard Textex made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tonete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adalberto Nueva was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Newpi Academy had played much better football throughout.
