Turgut Zor started the match with the kick off. If Bob Marley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Dexter Morgan VR46's Valério Donatello threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bob Marley, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 8th minute Matías de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Guerrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valério Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bob Marley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomiro Nardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valério Donatello firmly grabbed it by the left post. Baldomiro Nardo had several of the Queluzito's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Valério Donatello as he didn't even see the shot coming. Anfilogino Palma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Valério Donatello made a huge save. Valério Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Palma in the 22nd minute of play. Comunardo Guerrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Baldomiro Nardos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Valério Donatello to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th minute Erasmo Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Guerrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Queluzito were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Dexter Morgan VR46's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erasmo Moreno took the corner. After a rather tough play, Queluzito's Luizão Massa got a free kick in the 40th minute. Bob Marley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Valério Donatello made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomiro Nardo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Claudio Ciolli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dexter Morgan VR46 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Zor got free with Comunardo Guerrini in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th match minute, Queluzito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagoberto Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Baldomiro Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valério Donatello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Marley's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Stig-Åke Vacker made a great header on Dexter Morgan VR46's corner, it was just that Queluzito's Valério Donatello managed to reach the ball for a save. Valério Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bob Marley, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Comunardo Guerrini made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Turgut Zor sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Bob Marley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dexter Morgan VR46's supporters rose to their feet, but Bob Marley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valério Donatello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Queluzito's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Björkänge came free, but Valério Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Queluzito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Massa to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Åke Vacker took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valério Donatello. Queluzito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Comunardo Guerrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Zor in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Turgut Zor could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Comunardo Guerrini however easily saved by the left post. Valério Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Marley in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute Queluzito were awarded a corner. Erasmo Moreno went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Erasmo Moreno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Comunardo Guerrini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dexter Morgan VR46's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
