The Amputees FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dean Watts should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Cisco Birlik FC's goalkeeper Frank Matanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carleton Howie. In the 10th minute, Ömer Demirci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Matanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Laing in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ömer Demirci in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dean Watts prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dean Watts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Demirci in the 21st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Veysel Koçarslan put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dean Watts. In the 25th minute Xelo Trilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dean Watts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes Amputees FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jelmer Pander who took care of the corner kick. After the first half Cisco Birlik FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ömer Demirci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ömer Demirci got free with Dean Watts in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amputees FC's Dean Watts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Amputees FC from getting a goal against them. Dean Watts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Demirci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Cisco Birlik FC's Mirza Togan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dean Watts. Dean Watts yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Amputees FC's goalkeeper Dean Watts, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mirza Togan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mirza Togan in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dean Watts saved Amputees FC from getting behind. Dean Watts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veysel Koçarslan in the 86th minute of the match. Mirza Togan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Dean Watts made a huge save. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Amputees FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jelmer Pander was slow to take the kick. During this time Cisco Birlik FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 93rd match minute, Amputees FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Sinden to maneuver through the defense. Jelmer Pander, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cisco Birlik FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
